Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the EcomSpy mobile application (“App”) and related services provided by GRANTECOM LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms and Apple’s App Store rules.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App

• Use the App for unlawful purposes

• Attempt to bypass subscription or access controls

2. Subscriptions & Billing

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions that provide access to premium features.

Subscription details:

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

• You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings

Prices and subscription durations are displayed clearly within the App before purchase.

3. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered:

• You will not be charged during the free trial period

• After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled

• Free trials may be limited to one per Apple ID

4. Content & Data Accuracy Disclaimer

EcomSpy provides data analysis, insights, and estimates related to e-commerce stores, traffic sources, and trends.

We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any information provided. All insights are for informational purposes only and should not be considered financial or business advice.

5. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at:

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRANTECOM LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of your use of the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and GRANTECOM LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.

Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App.
